高血压患者血尿酸与尿微量白蛋白血清胱抑素C相关分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.21.68 　　上海市宝山区科学技术委员会发展基金（编号：11-E-43） 　　摘 要 目的：探讨高血压患者中血尿酸水平和尿微量白蛋白、胱抑素C的相关性。方法：检测151例高血压患者的血尿酸、尿微量白蛋白、血清胱抑素C，并根据血尿酸、尿微量白蛋白、血清胱抑素C的不同水平把患者分组，进行相关性分析。结果：151例高血压早期肾损害患者中，27例（17.9%）高尿酸血症。在微量白蛋白尿组、血清胱抑素C升高组，高尿酸血症患病率分别为23.0%和18.8%，但同正常组比较差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）。血尿酸水平：男性明显高于女性，血清胱抑素C升高组明显高于正常组。相关性分析显示血尿酸与胱抑素C呈正相关（r=0.478），且有统计学意义（P0.001）。结论：高血压社区管理中，常规检测并控制血尿酸有利于高血压肾病的预防，建议把尿酸的控制纳入高血压的综合控制指标。 　　关键词 高血压 尿酸 尿微量白蛋白 胱抑素C 　　Correlation analysis of blood uric acid and urine microalbumin with serum cystatin C in patients with hypertension 　　Wang Jingli1，Gao Junling2，Zhou Chen1，Zhu Yaocheng1，Dai Junming2， Fu Hua2 　　Dachang Community Health Service Center of Dachang Town，Baoshan District，Shanghai 2004421 　　School of Public Health，Fudan University，2000322 　　The science and technology committee of Shanghai City，Baoshan District development fund（number：11-E-43） 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the correlation of blood uric acid and urine microalbumin with serum cystatin C in patients with hypertension.Methods：The blood uric acid，urine microalbumin and serum cystatin C of 151 cases with hypertension were detected.The cases were divided into groups according to the different levels of blood uric acid，urine microalbumin，serum cystatin C.They were given correlation analysis.Results：In 151 cases with hypertension early renal damage，27 cases（17.9%） were hyperuricemia.The morbidity of hyperuricemia in the microalbumin group and the serum cystatin C elevated group was respectively 23.0% and 18.8%.Compared with the normal group，there was no statistical difference（P0.05）.Blood uric acid levels：male was higher than female，the serum cystatin C elevated group was significantly higher than the normal group.Correlation analysis showed that blood uric acid and serum cystatin C were positively correlated（r=0.478），and there was statistical significance（P0.001）.Conclusion：In the hypertension community management，normal detection and contr
