AbstractSince Abstract Since the reform and opening policy has practiced more than 20 years，our country’S economic development has obtained the achievement which attracts worldwide attention：The Gross National Product the high speed growth．However，the develop disequilibrium of different area is a important factor which restricts our country economy grows．Therefore，in 2003 the Central Party Committee State Council promulgated“the Central Committee of the CCP State Council Certain Opinions about to implement the Northeast Area And SO on Old Industrial base Promotion Strategy”，the northeast old industrial base will become the important part of the next state economy strategy．Based on northeast the economical development present situation，through the view of whole world and our country overall economy development microenvironment how to carry on the effective financing to support the old industrial base the smooth transformation，which is realistic question that the current northeast area faces at present． The goal of this paper is to reflect the insufficiency which existed in the enterprise financing process at past through anglicizing the northeast old industrial base enterprise finance condition and then propose a reasonable enterprise financing strategy for the future．In the research process this paper demonstrated the northeast old industrial base enterprise financing realistic by field method，many kinds of mathematical statistics method，contrast and induction means and SO on．First，in the introduction of this paper summarized the domestic and foreign financing theory；then reviewed the correlation financing theory which was involves in this article；Summarized financing experience in the transformation process of the developed country old industrial base；The key part of this paper is based on the real diagnosis research，the paper has analyzed financing characteristic of the enterprise in the northeast old industrial base；Through this article research we discovered
