Abstract
Energy saving and environmental protection has become the focus of the whole society. With less consumption, generating more power has become the goal of manufacturing industry. Therefore, the light-weight technology has attracted the attention of the manufacturing industry at home and abroad. Light-weight technology has direct impact on reducing the consumption of steel, the corresponding cost of production and transportation, cutting power consumption and emissions. It has great potential in energy-saving. Especially in recent years, with the proposed sustainable green development path, the light-weight technology will become one of the main development trends.
In order to explore the light-weight technology and the application of the supporting structure further, this paper has taken a light-weight design and the corresponding dynamic evaluation in detail for the ship supporting fixed base equipment. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:
The system summed up the technology of topology optimization and size optimization of the light-weight technology. The basic theories and methods of the topology optimization and size optimization have been summarized. Based on the homogenization method, the variable density method and the evolutionary structural optimization method, the mathematical model of topology optimization methods and implementation steps have been introduced. Analyzing the characteristics of each method contrastively, the advantages and disadvantages of each are being given out.
The paper describes the analysis calculation method for numerical simulation of impact in detail. The method is classified into 3 categories: static equivalent method, frequency domain analysis and time domain analysis according to the theory of computation. According to the above 3 methods, the paper introduces the basic theory of each method, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and the scope of application.
