酮替芬片联合羧甲司坦片治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病发作控制的效果观察 　　[摘要]目的 探讨酮替芬片联合羧甲司坦片治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病发作控制的效果。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年3月广州市中西医结合医院的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者100例，随机分成治疗组及对照组，各50例。对照组在常规止咳平喘治疗基础上，给予羧甲司坦片口服治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用酮替芬片联合治疗，均连服6个月。观察记录治疗前后两组患者的血生化指标（hs-CRP、FIB、PaCO2、PaO2），测定治疗前后两组患者的肺功能、6 min步行距离、BODE评分及CAT评分。结果 治疗6个月后，治疗组的各项血生化指标、肺功能、6 min步行距离、BODE评分及CAT评分都显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 酮替芬片联合羧甲司坦片治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病，在症状改善、发作控制方面的疗效良好，可延长疾病发作的间隔时间，减轻发作程度，改善患者的肺功能，值得推广。 　　[关键词]酮替芬片；羧甲司坦片；慢性阻塞性肺疾病；疗效；生化指标 　　[中图分类号] R563 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）11（c）-0129-04 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the effects of Ketotifen Tablets combined with Carbocisteine Tablets in treating the control of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 100 chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patents from January 2015 to March 2016 of Guangzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were selected.Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，and each group was 50 cases.Patients in control group were used administration Carbocisteine Tablets on the basis of cough and asthma，and patients in treatment group were given Ketotifen Tablets on the basis of control group，and administration for 6 months.The blood biochemical index （hs-CRP，FIB，PaCO2 and PaO2） of patients before and after treatment was observed.The lung function，6 minute walk distance，BODE score and CAT score of patients before and after treatment was compared.Results After treatment for 6 months，each blood biochemical index，lung function，6 minute walk distance，BODE score and CAT score of patients in treatment group were obvious better than those of control group，and the differences were significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Ketotifen Tablets combined with Carbocisteine Tablets in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has better effects in improving symptoms and controlling outbreak，which can prolong the interval time of disease onset，reduce the degree of attack，improve the lung function of patients and is worth to popularize.
