非瓣膜性房颤患者缺血性脑卒中临床危险因素研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨非瓣膜性房颤患者缺血性脑卒中临床危险因素。方法 方便选择新疆心脑血管病医院2013年3月―2016年6月收治的122例非瓣膜性房颤患者， 根据有无合并脑卒中分为观察组和对照组，分别37例、85例，对可能影响发生脑卒中的因素进行分析。结果 观察组年龄60岁，房颤持续时间10年，有高血压、糖尿病、冠心病者缺血性脑卒中发生率分别为59.46%、62.16%、51.35%、24.32%、40.54%，对照组分别为30.59%、30.59%、18.82%、8.24%、9.41%，观察组高于对照组（P0.05），观察组左心房内径（LAD）为（41.33±5.32）mm，对照组为（33.65±6.44）mm，观察组高于对照组（P60岁、房颤持续时间10年、高血压、高血糖、高血脂、LAD较高、LVEF较小的非瓣膜性房颤患者缺血性脑卒中的危险性较高（OR=2.403，2.546，1.977，2.106，3.216，3.156，3.349）。结论 高龄、高血压、高血糖、高血脂、心脏收缩功能是影响非瓣膜性房颤患者缺血性脑卒中发生的危险因素。 　　[关键词] 非瓣膜性房颤；缺血性脑卒中；危险因素 　　[中图分类号] R743.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）05（c）-0001-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical risk factors of patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation and cerebral arterial thrombosis. Methods 122 cases of patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation from March 2013 to June 2016 were convenient selected in Xinjiang Cardiovascular and Gerebrovascular Disease Hospital divided into the observation group with 37 cases and the control group with 85 cases， and the potential influence factors of stroke were analyzed. Results The incidence rate of cerebral arterial thrombosis of patients with hypertension， diabetes and coronary heart disease whose age60 years and atrial fibrillation duration 10 years in the observation group were higher than that in the control group（59.46%，62.16%，51.35%，24.32%，40.54% vs 30.59%，30.59%，18.82%，8.24%，9.41%）（P0.05）， and the LAD in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，[（41.33±5.32）mm vs （33.65±6.44）mm]（P 60 years， atrial fibrillation duration 10 y， hypertension， high blood glucose， high blood liquid， higher LAD and smaller LVEF is high（OR=2.403，2.546，1.977，2.106，3.216，3.156， 3.349）. Conclusion The senile， hypertension， high blood glucose， high blood liquid and cardiac contractile functions are the risk factors of cerebral arterial thrombosis of patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation. 　　[Key words] Non-valvular atrial fibrillation； Cerebral arterial thrombosis；
