阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的 研究并探讨阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法 120例缺血性脑卒中患者， 随机分为对照组与研究组， 每组60例。对照组单纯采用阿司匹林治疗， 研究组采用阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗。观察并比较两组的治疗效果。结果 研究组治疗总有效率91.67%高于对照组75.00%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗前两组患者Barthel指数比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）， 治疗后研究组Barthel指数优于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）， 治疗后研究组甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白水平优于对照组， 差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗能有效提高缺血性脑卒中的治疗效果， 明显降低血脂含量， 改善脑血管循环功能， 在临床应用中具有重要意义。 　　【关键词】 阿托伐他汀；阿司匹林；缺血性脑卒中；联合治疗 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.04.045 　　【Abstract】 Objective Tostudy and explore the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with aspirin in the treatment of cerebral arterial thrombosis. Methods A total of 120 cerebral arterial thrombosis patients were randomly divided into control groupand research group， with 60 cases in each group. Thecontrol group received aspirin only for treatment， and the research group received atorvastatin combined with aspirinfor treatment. Treatment effect was observed and compared in two groups. Results The research group had higher treatment effective rate as 91.67% than 75.00% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in Barthel index before treatment between two groups （P0.05）， and the research group had better Barthel index after treatment than that of the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）， and the research group had better triglyceride， cholesterol， low-density lipoprotein and high-density lipoprotein leve lafter treatment than those of the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Combined treatment of atorvastatin and aspirin can effectively improve the treatment effect oferebral arterial thrombosis， significantly reduce blood lipid levels， andimprove cerebral circulation function， and it has great significance in clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Atorvastatin； Aspirin；Cerebral arterial thrombosis； Combined treatment 　　缺血性?X卒中即脑梗死，
