不同时期孕妇营养知识认知调查和分析 　　【摘 要】目的：了解不同时期孕妇营养认知情况，分析其影响因素及提出相应的对策。方法：采用问卷调查法，对150例（孕早、中、晚期各50例）孕妇进行问卷调查。结果：孕妇营养知识整体平均得分为（63.12±11.96）分，合格率为64%，不同孕期的孕妇营养知识得分有差异，相同孕期相比较，接受过孕期健康教育的孕妇营养知识得分明显比未接受孕期健康教育的孕妇高。孕妇的学历和职业、丈夫及饮食照顾者的营养知识水平是影响孕妇营养知识的主要因素（P0.05）。结论：孕妇营养认知整体欠佳，应对现时的健康教育模式进行改进，丰富孕期营养知识，增加孕期营养指导，根据不同孕妇的特点进行个体化指导，同时把孕妇的丈夫和饮食照顾者也作为教育对象。 　　【关键词】孕妇；营养；知识；影响因素 　　【中图分类号】R173 【文章编号】004-7484（2014）04-2659-02 　??Knowledge of different periods of maternal nutrition Investigation and Analysis. 　　ZHENG Tong-yun，ZHENG Li-yu， QIU Jun-lan，TANG Yu，LIANG Zhen. 　　（Futian People’s Hospita，Guangdong Shenzhen 518033，China） 　　【Abstract】Objective To understand the different periods of maternal nutrition knowledge， and to analyze the impact of factors and propose appropriate countermeasures. Methods Questionnaire was used for hospital 150 cases （pregnant early， middle and late， 50 patients） conducted a questionnaire survey of pregnant women. Results Maternal nutrition knowledge overall average score of （63.12 ± 11.96） points， a pass rate of 64% of pregnant women during pregnancy have different nutritional knowledge score difference， compared to the same pregnancy， maternal nutrition knowledge received health education during pregnancy did not score significantly higher than acceptable pregnancy high maternal health education. Education and career， nutrition knowledge and dietary husband caregivers pregnant women is a major factor affecting maternal nutritional knowledge.（P 0.05）.
