乡镇卫生院产房遇血液溅污处置调查和干预对策 　　[摘要]目的 掌握辖区内21所乡镇卫生院产房遇血液溅污的处置方法，落实医院感染预防与控制措施。方法 选取2016年4月～2017年5月辖区内的21所乡镇卫生院的63名在岗护理人员作为研究对象，对其产房遇血液溅污的处置及护理人员相关知识进行调查并干预，比较干预前后的结果。结果 干预后的产房相关知识回答正确率、含氯消毒剂浓度选择与配制合格率、遇血液溅污清洁消毒操作考核及六步洗手法操作考核的合格率显著高于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论 辖区内21所乡镇卫生院产房环境清洁与消毒管理现状缺陷较多，护理人员相关知识缺乏，加强相关知识培训与督导、提高相关人员知晓率、抓好乡镇卫生院产房薄弱环节管理是落实医院感染预防与控制措施的关键。 　　[关键词]乡镇卫生院；产房遇血溅污处置；干预对策 　　[中图分类号] R184.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（a）-0162-05 　　[Abstract]Objective To grasp the disposal methods of blood splashes of 21 township hospitals in the delivery room with in jurisdiction，and to implement prevention and control measures of nosocomial infection.Methods 63 nurses from 21 township hospitals within the jurisdiction from April 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the subjects，the management of disinfectant and the management knowledge of the village nurses were investigated and intervened，the result before and after intervention was compared.Results The correct rate of delivery room related knowledge answer，the qualified rate of concentration selection and preparation of disinfectant with chlorine，the qualified rate in blood splashes of cleaning and disinfection operation examination and six step washing manipulation assessment after intervention was higher than that before intervention，with significant difference （P0.01）.Conclusion There are many defects in the environment cleaning and disinfection management in delivery room of 21 township hospitals in the jurisdiction，and the related knowledge of nursing staff is not enough.Strengthening the training and supervision of related knowledge，improving the awareness rate of related personnel，and grasping the weak link of delivery room in township hospitals are the keys to implement the prevention and control measures of nosocomial infection. 　　[Key words]Township hospital；Disposal of blood splashes of delivery room；Intervention measure 　　乡镇卫生院是农村三级医疗卫生服务体系的枢纽，是公益性、综合性的基层医疗卫生机构[1]。产房正是每个基层医疗卫生机构必备的医疗用房，其是孕妇分娩的场所，更是保证母婴及工作人员安全的重要
