HIV感染患者CD4 T淋巴细胞变化和死亡情况分析 　　【摘要】 目的：通过HIV感染/患者CD4+ T淋巴细胞的动态监测，掌握CD4+ T淋巴细胞数量变化，了解HIV感染或患者死亡情况。方法：调查2006-2013年HIV感染或患者的CD4+ T淋巴细胞变化及死亡情况。结果：231例感染者或患者，在2008-2013年死亡62例，男性51例，女性11例，死亡率为26.84%（62/231）。CD4+ T淋巴细胞首次检测大于500个/μl死亡10例，死亡率4.33%；350～500个/μl死亡8例，死亡率3.46%；201～350个/μl死亡17例，死亡率7.40%；小于200个/μl死亡27例，死亡率11.69%。结论：HIV感染/患者CD4+ T淋巴细胞数量上的变化与死亡情况息息相关，CD4+ T淋巴细胞减少至200个/μl以下的患者，易引发机会性感染，存活年数减少，寿命期望降低。提早规范治疗，控制病毒复制，促进免疫重建，对延长生命有着重要意义。 　　【关键词】 HIV； CD4+ T淋巴细胞； 死亡 　　中图分类号 R722.17 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）3-0074-03 　　Analysis of HIV Infection or Patients CD4+ T Lymphocytes Changes and Death/ZHANG Ying-xuan，SHEN Gang，ZHAO Lei.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（3）：74-76 　　【Abstract】 Objective：Through dynamic monitoring of CD4+ T lymphocyte in the HIV infection or patients，to grasp the changes in the number of CD4+ T 　　lymphocytes，and understand the HIV infection or patient death.Method：Investigation the changes in CD4+ T lymphocytes and the death of HIV infection or patients from 2006 to 2013.Result：231 cases of infection or patients，62 patients died during the period of 2008 to 2013，Male for 51 cases，female for 　　11 cases，the mortality rate was 26.84%（62/231）.CD4+ T lymphocytes detected for the first time was greater than 500 /μl had 10 deaths，the mortality rate was 4.33%，and 350-500 /μl had 8 deaths，the mortality rate was 3.46%，201-350/μl had 17 deaths， the mortality rate was 7.40%，less than 200/μl 　　had 27 deaths，the mortality rate was 11.69%.Conclusion：The HIV infection or petients death is closely linked with the number of CD4+ T lymphocytes.CD4+ T lymphocytes decreased to 200/μl in patients with following，easy cause opportunistic infections，reduce the number of survival years，life expectancy decreases.Early standardized treatment，the control of virus replication can promote immune reconstitution，has the vital significance to prolong life. 　　【Key words】 HIV； CD4+ T lymphocyte； Death 　　First-author’s address：Duyun Center for Disease Control and Pre
