    摘 要 目的:分析学校环境卫生状况现状,探讨学校卫生存在的问题与解决的方法。方法:对高桥社区所有学校采取问卷调查了解基本情况,对通过分层随机抽样抽取的72个班级进行环境卫生监督监测,其中42个为小学班级,30个为中学班级。分析学校环境卫生状况及特征。结果:教室人均面积合格的班级44个(61.11%)、课桌椅合格的班级数8个(11.11%)、黑板合格的班级数64个(88.89%)、教室采光合格的班级数64个(88.89%)、教室照明合格的班级数67个(93.06%)、教室微小气候合格的班级数64个(88.89%);小学和中学教学环境卫生指标合格率差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);公办和民办学校教?W环境卫生指标合格率,除了课桌椅合格的差异均无统计学意义(P0.05),其他差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:高桥社区中小学的教学环境总体较好,但公办学校教室人均面积合格率较低,民办学校的总体环境卫生状况较差,需要加大监管与扶持力度,为学生的健康和学习营造一个良好的卫生环境。

  ABSTRACT Objective: To analyze the status of environmental sanitation in schools and discuss the problems and solutions of school health. Methods: The questionnaire survey was conducted in all the schools in Gaoqiao Community to understand the basic situation. Environmental sanitation inspection and monitoring were conducted in 72 classes selected by stratified random sampling, of which 42 were primary school classes and 30 were secondary school classes. The status and characteristics of environmental sanitation in the schools were analyzed. Results: There were 44(61.11%) classes of qualified classroom area per capita. The number of qualified classes with desks and chairs was 8(11.11%). The number of qualified classes with the blackboard was 64(88.89%). Sixty-four classes(88.89%) were qualified for daylighting in the classroom and the number of classrooms with qualified lighting was 67(93.06%).
