县级医院等级创建中药学工作现状和问题分析 　　 【摘要】 目的：分析县级综合医院药剂科现状，使药学工作在等级创建中进一步提升。方法：通过重庆市北碚区第九人民医院药剂科两年的工作指导及对重庆市石柱县人民医院、重庆市奉节县人民医院等几所县级综合医院药剂科工作的交流学习，主要结合本院药剂科二甲的创建，有针对性的分析科室行政管理、专业人员技术状况、设备配置、学术与科研、继续教育、药物咨询与临床药学服务等工作。结果：设备配置较合理，药剂科人员职称与学历较低，制剂室处于停滞状态，临床药师队伍匮乏，药学继续教育和学科建设与研究薄弱，有待提高。结论：药剂科工作需要领导高度重视与支持，工作要从老套、单一的药品供给模式向医药专业知识服务型转变，立足临床，提高专业素质和实际工作能力，使药学人员成为指导患者安全、有效、合理、经济用药的专业人才。 　　 【关键词】 县级医院； 中药学； 工作现状； 提升 　　 　　 Current Pharmacy Situation and Problems Reating Work in Process of Reating Work of County Hospital/YUAN Su-li.//Medical Innovation of China，2012，9(13):143-145 　　 【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the current situation of county general hospital pharmacy， the pharmacy work in the class to create further upgrade. Methods:Through the north of Chongqing and District ninth people’s hospital pharmacy work guidance and on Chongqing Stone County People’s Hospital， Chongqing City People’s Hospital of Fengjie County， the county general hospital pharmacy work in communication studies， mainly with the pharmacy two a creation， targeted analysis of administrative management， Department of professional status， equipment configuration， academic and scientific research， continuing education， drug counseling and clinical pharmacy service. Results: The equipment configuration is reasonable， pharmacy personnel and education low， preparation room at a standstill， the lack of clinical pharmacists， pharmacy education and the discipline construction and research of weak， needs to be improved. Conclusion: The pharmacy work requires leadership attaches great importance to and support， work from old， single drug supply mode to the professional knowledge of medicine service change， based on clinical， improve their professional quality and practical ability to work， make pharmacy personnel become the guidance of patient safety， effective， reasonable， economic use of professional personnel. 　　 【Key words】 County-Class Hospital； Pharmacy； Present situation； Promotion 　　 First-author’s address:You
