摘要 PAGE IV CO2焊在客车车身中焊接的应用研究 摘 要 随着客车日益向着大型、豪华、舒适、安全的趋势发展,焊接技术在客车行业也起着越来越重要的作用,高质量的品质对焊接质量的要求也越来越高。 CO2气体保护焊在客车车身焊接中有着很广泛的应用,对客车车身焊接质量的影响是不容忽视的。本文通过分析客车车身常用的焊接方法、原理、设备特点、工艺参数等,阐述了焊接方法及原理,焊接设备的特点以及客车车身CO2气体保护焊需要的质量及工艺要求,并确定了合理的焊接方法。揭示了客车车身焊接中需要注意的事项,明确了实际操作中合理的焊接工艺参数。文中对焊接缺陷产生的原因进行了详细分析,为在实际操作中尽量避免焊接缺陷提供依据,从而确保了客车车身的焊接质量。 关键词:客车,焊接质量,车身,骨架,焊接工艺 In the bus body the CO2 welding welding OF application research ABSTRACT With the increasingly toward large, luxurious passenger, comfortable and safe direction development situation, welding technology in the passenger car industry also plays a more and more important role, high quality quality on welding quality request more and more is also high.
