浅谈招投标和合同管理 　　摘要：现代企业的经济往来，各种关系的确定主要是通过合同形式进行的，在招投标及合同签订活动中经常遇到一些不利于己方的行为，需要加强法律意识，培养专业性人才，在招投标及合同签订活动中加强风险防范，维护企业利益，使企业能够顺利中标，实现经济效益，使国有资产合理配置得到法律保障。本文就招投标与合同法律制度之间的有关问题进行论述, 并对目前招标投标工作中存在的实际问题进行分析, 以便更好地实现招投标工作的公平、公正和规范运作。 　　关键词：招投标、合同、公正、规范 　　Abstract: This paper discusses issues related to the legal system of bidding and contract between the strokes, and the actual problems existing in current bidding work were analyzed, in order to better achieve the bidding work fair, justice and standardized operation. 　　Key words: bidding; contract; justice; specification 　　 　　中图分类号：F715.4文献标识码：A
