DMG窝沟封闭系统IonositSeal临床效果的研究 　　[摘要] 目的 观察DMG窝沟封闭系统Ionosit Seal预防儿童恒磨牙龋病的临床效果。 方法 2011年7月选择河北省廊坊市第六小学100例6～8岁儿童随机分为两组，各50例。A组一侧恒磨牙（牙数=88）选择DMG窝沟封闭系统Ionosit Seal进行窝沟封闭治疗，另一侧恒磨牙（牙数=84）采用3M Filtek Z350流动复合树脂进行窝沟封闭治疗；B组一侧恒磨牙（牙数=86）选择DMG窝沟封闭系统Ionosit Seal进行窝沟封闭治疗，另一侧恒磨牙（牙数=84）采用国产观雅窝沟封闭剂进行窝沟封闭治疗，随访6个月、1年、2年、3年，复查封闭剂保留情况和儿童患龋情况。 结果 术后6个月，A组3M Filtek Z350与Ionosit Seal、B组国产观雅封闭剂与Ionosit Seal的窝沟封闭剂保留率及患龋率比较差异无统计学意义（P 0.05）。术后1、2、3年，A组3M Filtek Z350与Ionosit Seal的窝沟封闭剂保留率及患龋率比较差异无统计学意义（P 0.05）；术后1、2、3年，B组国产观雅封闭剂与Ionosit Seal的窝沟封闭剂保留率及患龋率比较差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 采用DMG窝沟封闭系统Ionosit Seal进行窝沟封闭预防儿童恒磨牙窝沟龋的效果显著，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] DMG窝沟封闭系统Ionosit Seal；儿童；窝沟封闭；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R788+.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2015）08（b）-0104-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe clinical effect on pit and fissure sealant system of DMG Ionosit Seal to prevent children′s dental caries of accessional teeth. Methods 100 children aged 6-8 years old in the Six Primary School of Langfang City in Hebei Province at July 2011 were selected and randomly classified into two groups， each consisting of 50 cases. The pit and fissure sealant system of DMG Ionosit Seal was selected for the accessional teeth on one side of group A （number of teeth = 88） for the pit and fissure sealant treatment； 3M Filtek Z350 flowable composite resin was used for the accessional teeth on the other side of group A （number of teeth = 84） for the pit and fissure sealant treatment. The pit and fissure sealant system of DMG Ionosit Seal was selected for the accessional teeth on one side of group B （number of teeth = 86） for the pit and fissure sealant treatment； pit and fissure sealant Guanya was used for the accessional teeth on the other side of group B （number of teeth = 84） for the pit and fissure sealant treatment. They were surveyed for 6 months， 1 year， 2 years and 3 years for their remaining of the sealant and their dental caries. Results After operation of 6 months， the sealant retention rate and the caries rate of 3M Filtek Z3
