东莞地区育龄妇女孕前孕早期TORCH筛查的研究 　　[摘要]目的 分析东莞地区育龄妇女孕前、孕早期TORCH筛查的结果。方法 选取2016年3月～2017年2月于本院行孕前、孕早期TORCH筛查的10 041例育龄妇女作为研究对象，其中8782例发生妊娠，根据妊娠结局分为不良妊娠组（814例）与正常妊娠组（7968例）。使用化学发光免疫分析仪检测研究对象的弓形虫、风疹病毒、巨细胞病毒、单纯疱疹病毒IgM、IgG抗体，观察妊娠结局与TORCH筛查结果的相关性。结果 IgM阳性率最高的病原体为单纯疱疹病毒，IgG阳性率最高的病原体为巨细胞病毒，不良妊娠组各种病原体IgM阳性率均高于正常妊娠组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 育龄妇女孕前、孕早期TORCH筛查对改善人口素质具有重要的临床意义，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词]TORCH；育龄妇女；IgM；IgG 　　[中图分类号] R173 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）1（c）-0129-03 　　Study on TORCH screening during pre-pregnancy and early pregnancy among women of childbearing age in Dongguan Region 　　LIANG Fu-xiao YU Xun YE Wan-ling LIU Mei-xia 　　Prenatal Diagnosis Center，Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province，Dongguan 523000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To analyze the results of TORCH screening during pre-pregnancy and early pregnancy in women of childbearing age in Dongguan Region.Methods From March 2016 to February 2017，10 041 women of childbearing age who were screened for TORCH during pre-pregnancy and early pregnancy in our hospital were selected as study subjects.8782 cases became pregnant.According to the pregnancy outcomes，there were 814 cases in the adverse pregnancy group，and 7968 cases in the normal pregnancy group.Toxoplasma gondii，Rubella virus，Cytomegalovirus，Herpes simplex virus IgM，IgG antibody of the study subjects were tested by chemiluminescence immune detection system.The correlation between pregnancy outcomes and TORCH screening results was observed.Results The pathogen with the highest positive rate of IgM was Herpes simplex virus，and the pathogen with the highest positive rate of IgG was Cytomegalovirus.The positive rates of IgM of various pathogens in the adverse pregnancy group was higher than that in the normal pregnancy group，and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion TORCH screening during pre-pregnancy and early pregnancy in women of childbearing age has an important clinical significance in improving the
