人民币纸币面额手机识别系统的设计的研究 　　摘要：纸币识别技术是机器学习和模式识别技术的重要应用，纸币图像识别系统作为一个比较独立的模块，已经广泛应用到自动存取款机、无人售货机、自动售票机等中。本设计研究基于Android开发平台，系统服务器端主要包括接收客户端上传的纸币图像、调用MATLAB程序识别图像、返回识别结果给客户端以及纸币图像处理，其中纸币图像处理包括图像裁剪、反色、二值化等图像预处理功能与遗传算法惩罚因子和核函数参数寻优、支持向量机（SVM）训练识别模型；客户端包括选择本地图库中的纸币图像、调用本地摄像头拍照并存储、上传纸币图像和语音播放输出识别结果等。系统为手机识别人民币纸币真伪提供一定技术支持，具有有效性和实用性，有利于保护视障人士在货币交易管理中的权益。 　　关键词：图像识别；预处理；Android；支持向量机 　　中图分类号：TP391.41 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1009-3044（2015）17-0151-02 　　The Design of RMB Banknote Denominations Mobile Identification System 　　JIAO Meng-shu， PENG Jia-hong 　　（Information Science and Technology College of Hunan Agricultural University， Changsha 410128， China） 　　Abstract： Banknote recognition technology is an important application of machine learning and pattern recognition technology， the banknote image recognition system as a relatively independent module， already widely used in automatic teller machines， no vending machines， ticket vending machines and the like. The design based on Android development platform， the system server includes receiving client to upload banknote image， calling MATLAB program recognizes the image and return recognition results to the client and the banknote image processing， image processing includes image cropping bill， anti-color， binary of the other image pre-processing functions and genetic algorithm penalty and kernel function parameter optimization， support vector machine （SVM） training recognition model； clients include selecting a local gallery banknote image， call the local camera to take pictures and store， upload banknote image recognition and voice broadcast results of output.
