PAGE 湖南科技大学本科生毕业设计（论文） 摘要 在分析项目所在地环境现状的基础上，对湘潭颜料有限公司新厂区拟排放的大气、水、噪声、固废等进行系统的环境影响评价。评价结果表明：污水经化粪池简单处理，排放至园内地下管道运至处理厂处理达标后最终排入湘江湘潭段上游。由于该项目生活污水排放量不大，污染物浓度较低，排放后对湘江湘潭段上游水体影响不大；废气及食堂油烟等经过净化装置处理后，达到排放标准，不会对周围环境产生大的影响；车间安装隔声门窗，厂区内外植有绿化隔声带，设备运行过程噪声能达到《工业企业厂界噪声标准》（GB12348-90）中Ⅲ类标准限值要求；所产生的固废运至湘潭双马垃圾厂填埋，不外排。项目符合当地的环保规划要求。 关键词：颜料公司仓贮中心；新建；环境影响评价； Abstract Analysis of the project site in the state of the environment on the basis of the new factory Xiangtan Pigment Co., Ltd. to be emitted from the atmosphere, water, noise, solid waste such as environmental impact assessment system. Environmental protection projects in line with local planning requirements.
