基于BSC理论的绿色饭店创建路径研究--以安吉君澜度假酒店为例 PAGE PAGE 2 PAGE PAGE 1 基于BSC理论的绿色饭店创建路径研究 ——以安吉君澜度假酒店为例 摘 要 为了缓解全面建设小康社会进程中所面临的资源约束和环境压力，落实科学发展观，实现旅游业持续快速协调健康发展，国务院明确提出要积极优化旅游业产业结构、转变发展方式，将旅游业培育成国民经济的战略性支柱产业。作为旅游业的重要支柱之一，饭店业不仅负有推动旅游业可持续发展的重任，还应该在整个旅游业范围内率先垂范，着力打造环保、健康安全、顾客满意、高效率的绿色饭店。为此，在明晰绿色饭店的内涵与评价要求的基础上，构建一套符合我国国情的、具有较强可操作性的绿色饭店评价指标体系，对于推进我国建设绿色饭店的工作具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。本文以BSC理论为基础，通过对其四个维度的转化，以安吉君澜度假酒店的绿色饭店创建工作为例，以期为酒店行业的绿色饭店创建工作提供参考。 关键词：可持续发展；绿色饭店；BSC理论；安吉君澜度假酒店 PAGE PAGE 2 PAGE PAGE 1 An Analysis of the Path of Establishing Green Hotels Based on the Theory of BSC ——A Case Study of Anji Narada Resort Hotel Abstract In order to ease the process of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way of resource constraints and environmental pressures, to carry out the scientific concept of development, realize the rapid and continuous coordinated and healthy development of the tourism industry, the state council explicitly put forward to optimize the tourism industrial structure, the transformation of the mode of development, to develop tourism into a strategic pillar industry of national economy.As one of the important pillars of tourism, hotel industry is not only responsible for promoting the sustainable development of tourism industry, it should also be within the scope of the whole tourism governs incorruptibly, on environmental protection, health and safety, customer satisfaction, efficient green hotel. Therefore, in the clear green hotel on the basis of the connotation and evaluation requirements, build a set of accord with our national condition, has strong operability of the evaluation index system of green hotel, for promoting the construction of green hotel in work has important theoretical significance and practical value.
