高校国防生差异趋同化选拔培养模式研究 高校国防生差异趋同化选拔培养模式研究 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 PAGE PAGE ii RESEARCH ON DIFFERENCE AND ASSIMILATION ABOUT THE SELECTION AND CULTIVATION MODE OF UNIVERSITY NATIONAL DEFENSE STUDENTS ABSTRACT With the new military revolution development and acceleration of the world, our army personnel construction is also bearing the new requirements of the times and historical responsibility, the selection and training of national defense students as a way for our army relying on higher education to train military talents, which is conveying a large quantity of talents for the army s modernization. Although the selection and training work of national defense students obtained some experiences and achievements, but it still has certain difference from the target, the adaptation and development ability of national defense students needs to be improved in the army. In recent years, the army continues to deepen reform and widen the Cadres growth channels, which takes a larger pressure for the survival and development of the national defense students. This article is in view of our country’s national defence students training efficiency being not high status, proceed with the national defense students’ difference feature, analyses the difference situation of the national defense students and its cultivation environment combining the survey, adapts to the consistency requirement of training objectives, uses the expectation effect theory to guide and education national defense students arriving at the requirements of military competency, pays attention to the development of national defense students’ differences in personality, and assimilats the guidance and education according to the military training objective’s need.
