地方本科院校ERP专业化人才培养机制的研究 　　摘要： 企业对ERP专业化人才需求与高校毕业生能力之间存在很大差距，本文分析了ERP专业化人才培养定位问题，指出了地方本科院校培养ERP专业化人才存在的问题，并提出了相关措施。 　　Abstract： There is a big gap between the enterprises requirement for ERP professional talents and university graduates ability.
