Abstract:
Teaching is the core content of higher education, which affects the development of institutions of higher learning speed and rising space. Teaching teachers play dominant roles in improvement of teaching level and quality, higher personnel training and creation of the force characteristic discipline.Therefore, the construction of college teachers team and teaching force determines the level of running and development space of universities and colleges. But in the practice of higher education, affected by the higher education management system, teaching teachers suffered from unequal treatment in salary, professional title evaluation and other aspects, which affected the enthusiasm of teachers teaching in Colleges and universities engaged in teaching work, thereby affected the academic level of University teaching. Therefore, in order to the healthy development of higher education, incentive mechanism of college teachers which can inspire teaching university teachers potential and mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers teaching, should be drawed up according to the characteristics so as to promote the teaching level and quality improvement.
In this paper, combined with Chinas relevant laws and regulations and
the management practice, the incentive mechanism of University teachers can be studied from four aspects. The first chapter is introduction. In the part of the research of this article, topic basis, value, research content and research methods of the paper are stated which clearly pointed out that the teaching of college teachers incentive mechanism has great value and effect for high school, students and teaching the teacher himself; the second chapter is the incentive mechanism of college teachers teaching in china.
