对高职精品课程转型升级为精品资源共享课程建设的认识与实践 　　摘要：高职精品课程的建设对职业教育的发展和教学质量的提高起到了十分重要的推动作用 。但依然存在一些诸如使用率低、没有突出职业特色的问题。按照《教育部关于国家精品开放课程建设的实施意见》要求[1] ，加快课程的转型与升级是关键。本文针对这一问题，结合5年精品课程建设和近三年课程转型升级的研究与实践，提出对加快高职精品课程转型升级为精品资源共享课程的一些认识与体会，给出了《物流成本管理》转型升级为精品资源共享课程的建设方案。 　　Abstract： The construction of quality courses in higher vocational education plays a very important role in promoting the development of vocational education and improving the quality of teaching. But there are still some problems， such as low utilization rate， improvident professional characteristics and other problems. In accordance with the Opinions on the Implementation of the Construction of National Excellent Open Courses by Ministry of Education of the Peoples Republic of China， accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the curriculum is the key. Aimed at this problem， combined with the research and practice on the construction of excellent courses in 5 years and the transformation and upgrading of the course in the past three years， this paper puts forward some understanding and experience of accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the fine course of higher vocational education and upgrading to the course of excellent resource sharing， and some construction scheme of the course of the transformation and upgrading of the Logistics Cost Management. 　　关键词：高职院校；资源共享；转型升级；精品课程；课程设计 　　Key words： higher vocational school；resource sharing；transformation and upgrading；excellent course；curriculum design 　　中图分类号：G642.3 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-4311（2016）30-0199-03 　　0 引言 　　高职院校精品课程建设是提高高职院校人才培养质量和实现优质资源共享的推动力。自2003年起开始实施，历经近13年，已先后建成4000余门覆盖多个学科、含有丰富网上教学资源的国家精品课程。众所周知，精品课程建设的核心是解决好课程内容建设问题，而课程资源建成后的共享与应用是关键点和落脚点。2011年10月，教育部发布了《教育部关于国家精品开放课程建设的实施意见》，明确在“十二五”期间，通过对原国家精品课程的转型升级和补充，建设5000门国家级精品资源共享课，实现由服务教师向服务师生和社会学习者的转变。 　　目前国内外进行国家精品课程共享建设的研究已有很多，一方面集中在如何实现国家精品资源共享课程进行转型升级、建设新的精品资源共享课程；另一方面集中在如何结合计算机技术实现精品课资源共享。而这两方面的研究，鲜少提及关于高职院校精品课程的转型与升级的问题。从已建成的精品资源共享课程建设服务对象也可以看出，课程的主要服务对象依然集中在学生和高校教师，没有提及社会学习者这一庞大的群体，因此在课程
