塘厦镇围婚期女性生殖道感染认知心理状况调查及KAP健康教育的模式的应用效果 　　【摘要】 目的： 探讨围婚期女性生殖道感染更有效的防治措施。方法：通过调查围婚期妇女对生殖道感染的认知、心理状况，运用KAP健康教育模式对部分患者进行健康教育，进行综合化、个体化治疗，比较综合治疗与单一传统治疗疗效。结果：生殖道感染总患病率为39.5%，知晓率为68.4%，KAP教育后，两组除偏执、精神病性两因子外，SCL-90总分及其他各因子分间差异均有统计学意义（P0.05），治疗总有效率对照组为90.91%，综合组为98.98%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：通过调查围婚期妇女对生殖道感染的认知、心理状况，运用KAP健康教育模式对患者进行健康教育进行综合治疗，是较有效的RTI干?A措施。 　　【关键词】 围婚期女性； 生殖道感染认知； 心理状况； KAP健康教育 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.2.078 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）02-0142-03 　　The Investigation of Following the Wedding around Female of Tangxia Reproductive Tract Infections，Psychological Condition Investigation and Effects of Knowledge-attitude-practice/YANG Yu-fei，ZHU Xue-qin，CHEN Shu-yuan，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（2）：142-144 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss more effective control measures around the marriage of the female reproductive tract infections.Method：Investigated cognition，mental status surrounding the marriage of women of reproductive tract infections，KAP health education model was used on the part of patients，be comprehensive，individualized treated，compared the treatment efficacy of combined treatment with a single conventional.Result：The overall prevalence of reproductive tract infections was 39.5%，awareness was 68.4%.After KAP education，in addition to paranoid and psychotic two factors，the two groups Jian SCL-90 total and for other factors，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Total effective rate was 90.91% in the control group，the integrated group was 98.98%，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Through the investigation surrounding the marriage of women of reproductive tract infections，cognition，mental status，using KAP health education for patients comprehensive treatment，is more effective RTI interventions. 　　【Key words】 Women around the wedding； Reproductive tract infections； Psychological conditions； Knowledge-attitude-practice 　　First-author’s address：Tangxia Hospital in Dongguan City，Dongg
