工程建设质量监管体制的研究 　　摘 要：为了适应新时期的要求，本文在借鉴发达国家城市管理经验的基础上，结合中国国情，对工程建设监管的理论、内容、方法和技术的研究了解，分析了工程建设监管的现状，找到了一些当前存在的漏洞，从宏观上提出一些解决这些问题的方法，然后从工程建设质量监管这一方面的进行归纳总结，找到完善质量监管改革的策略。 　　关键词：监管体制；监督管理；质量监管。 　　ABSTRACT：To meet the requirements of the new period, this paper draw on experience of developed urban management, with Chinas national conditions, investigate the theory, contents, method and technique of the construction supervision; analyze the status of construction supervision, find some the loopholes in the current, come up with solutions on the macro, summarize and find some strategy of perfecting
