Human CYP2A13, which is expressed in the respiratory tract, is one of the important members of CYP family. Like other CYP450s, CYP2A13 is highly polymorphism. There is an association between the genetic varia- tion of CYP2A13 and cancer risk. In this paper, the research progress of cytochrome P450 2A13 were reviewed to pro- vide reference for the further research of CYP2A13. 【Keywords】 Cytochrome P450 2A13; Genetic polymorphism; Metabolism;
