我院护理人员亚健康情况调查及的影响因素分析 　　[摘要] 目的 调查中国医科大学附属盛京医院（以下简称“我院”）护理人员亚健康情况并分析其影响因素。 方法 2015年1～6月采用分层抽样方法选择我院不同科室护理人员300名为研究对象，进行一般情况、生活情况及亚健康情况调查，采用多因素Logistic回归分析护理人员亚健康的影响因素。 结果 回收有效问卷有效276份，护理人员亚健康总分为（62.74±11.31）分，204人处于亚健康状态，占73.9%。单因素分析结果显示，不同年龄、文化程度、职称、锻炼情况、饮食情况、生活事件及职业伤害事件的护理人员亚健康情况差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。多因素Logistic回归分析显示，年龄、职称、饮食情况、生活事件及职业伤害事件为护理人员亚健康的独立影响因素（P 0.05）。 结论 我院护理人员亚健康发生率较高，医院管理者应重视护理人员亚健康情况，并根据影响因素制订相应对策，提高护理人员的健康状况。 　　[关键词] 亚健康；护理人员；影响因素 　　[中图分类号] R192.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）09（c）-0079-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the sub-health condition of nurses in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University （our hospital for short） and analyze its relative factors. Methods 300 nurses from different departments in our hospital were selected by stratified sampling method from January to June 2015. The general condition， living situation and sub-health condition of nurses were investigated， and multi-factor Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the relative factors of sub-health condition of nurses. Results There were 276 samples of valid questionnaires. The sub-health score of nurses was （62.74±11.31） points， 204 cases had in the sub-health state， accounted for 73.9%. The results of single factor analysis showed that there were significant differences in sub-health condition of nurses with different age， culture level， job title， activity， diet， life events， and occupational injuries （P 0.05）. Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that age， job title， diet， life events， and occupational injuries were the independent factors of sub-health condition of nurses （P 0.05）. Conclusion The incidence of sub-health condition of nurses in our hospital is high. The hospital managers should pay attention to this condition， and formulate corresponding countermeasures according to the influence factors， in order to improve the health of nursing staffs. 　　[Key words] Sub-health； Nursing staffs； Influence factor 　　亚健康指人体除
