The stability and the development of the countryside promote the stability and the development of the country. When the new China was established, the rural society has been the focus and become the focus of attention of the party and the government. In the construction of the new socialist countryside and the full realization of well-off society under the new background, China made a major strategic decision of the rural community construction in rural areas. Rural community work also launched nationwide and has achieved remarkable results. With the continuous development of Chinas socialist market economy and the expanding gap between urban and rural areas continue, rural community governance has appeared many difficult problems. So rural community governances should play the role and functions .By means of cooperation, governance subject realize the interaction. We should build a rural community governance mechanism, Including government, community organizations, market, community residents. It is an urgent need to address the problem of Chinas rural society. Based on the background of rural community governance research center, on the guidance of the Governance theory and Multi Center theory, by analyzing the existing in the process of rural community governance problems, we put forward some suggestions for solving the problems.
