And the progress of recycling economy is the key to the transforming pattern. It is also the major way to approach the sustainable progress. Qaidam basin, in Qinghai province located in the northwest of China, because of its special geography location, the weakness of the rich diversity resource and soil vegetation vulnerability has been paid close attention. The eleventh five-year oral outline of the Peoples Republic of China national economic and social development emphasizes the development of circular economy.
