I I 摘要 本文对 2010 年广州亚残运会期间的残疾人体育志愿者组织的组织文化与组 织效能的关系进行了实证研究。首先对组织文化和组织效能的相关内容，从概 念到原理作了一番梳理。组织文化和组织效能的测量采用 Quinn 和 Cmaerno1988 年提出的组织文化问卷和组织效能问卷，两份问卷均采用 Likert 五点评价。在以 往研究的理论综述的基础上，利用 LRISELS.5 对组织文化的结构进行了验证性 因素分析，运用 SPSSl7.0 软件对调查结果进行方差分析、相关分析和回归分析 等，考察残疾人体育志愿者组织的组织文化的影响因素、比较不同背景残疾人 体育志愿者组织人员在组织文化与组织效能之间的差异、组织文化和组织效能 的关系。 主要研究结果如下:1.残疾人体育志愿者组织在组织文化与组织效能在各维 度上得分较为均衡，组织文化与组织效能呈高度一致性。2. 不同背景(性别、年 龄、受教育程度等)的志愿者，在组织文化与组织效能上的认知有显著性差异。 3.残疾人体育志愿者组织的组织文化与组织效能之间具有高度正相关，并能很好 的预测组织效能。4.组织文化中的理性、发展、层级、共识文化都能有效预测组 织效能各指标，其中层级文化和理性文化对组织效能的预测效果最好。 关键词:组织文化;组织效能;残疾人体育志愿者组织 II II ABSTRACT In this paper, the 2010 guangzhou and office during the handicapped sports volunteer organization of organizational culture and organizational effectiveness relation empirically research.
