As the regions largest city, shandong province linyi city from a relatively poor old revolutionary base areas in a short span of more than ten years shift to domestic famous logistics city, it implements the urban transformation, whether it is economic strength, or the image of the city got up. However, in the process of the transformation of linyi is faced with many problems of environmental protection, such as the problem of soil and water conservation, urban waterlogging and other environmental problems facing the development of linyi as the huge stumbling block. In view of this, the linyi city government and relevant departments to formulate the 11th five-year plan of linyi environmental protection planning and five-year linyi city environmental protection planning. Author analyses for its planning content, points out the 11th five-year plan of linyi environmental protection planning of advantages and disadvantages, and the twelfth five-year linyi city environmental protection planning to illustrate the necessity.
