The research of Urban design methods in the process of regulatory indicators ABSTRACT Regulatory detailed planning in Chinas urban planning system is the key role of continuity , it is one of the important stage that reflects the idea of urban design , it is the integration planning specific levels of management and planning implementation. But with the change of land reform system and the rapid growth of the real estate market, appeared the phenomenon of excessive pursuit of economic benefit in the urban development and construction which make the city space environment suffered great damage, urban environmental benefit and social benefit cant get due protection. In the inertial thinking of planners ,regulatory detailed planning was thought to be mainly in order to organize the construction of social public facilities and land development intensity control,but no value for the city space environment quality control guidance.How to take control of land development and at the same to improve the quality of city space environment , it has become a key research direction of the development of the regulatory detailed planning in the future. This paper begins from the basic theoretical knowledge introduction the of regulatory detailed planning and urban design related , it expounded dialectical relationship between the regulatory detailed planning and urban design. Based on the experience of the related cases at home and abroad, points out that the regulatory detailed planning in the process of compiling may exist the problem of insufficient control of the city space environment quality in the current, and the urban design principles can to be a certain extent to solve this problem.Through the control of indicators who associated with the city space environment shape ,Finally expected to reach that the thinking of urban design through the process of regulatory index compilation , to creating a favorable city space environment quality .
