ABSTRACT When we scan the traditional Wushu with the view of national self-confidence, found out that she do have an unique training theory and method, it is a pity that dont know what we use daily —— our advantage for a long time, instead of blind imitation with ludicrous effection ——learning from others. This is the loss of nation, is the absence of worlds culture, therefore, In this study traditional Wushu strength training as the research object .With the method of fieldwork this study collects traditional training methods and experience widely, hands-on practice comprehension the core elements of traditional Wushu strength training, on the basis of inheritance sufficient, insists on scientific exploration, from the method to the theory, from discuss to experiment, and tries to discuss the concept of traditional Wushu strength and constitute elements of training system. This research get the following conclusions 1、The traditional Wushu strength is the own concepts of Chinese Wushu. Defined as the body stimulates the potential of offensive and defensive ability of the whole work. The traditional Wushu strength has the characteristics of integrity, controllability and philosophy. 2、According to the font, the traditional Wushu strength could be divided into two kinds :static zhuang strength and dynamic zhuang strength. Zhuang strength refers to the the overall work ability that getting from training of Zhuang gong. 3、The three elements of traditional Wushu strength training is the YI ,Qi and Xing, which mainly refers to consciousness, breathing, and movement, dominated by consciousness, Qi as the medium and posture as the foundation, the three elements highly unified form. 4、The traditional Wushus trength training has four model structure.
