摘要 初中思想品德课作为学校德育的主渠道，一直都以帮助青少年养成良好道德 行为习惯，激发集体主义和爱国主义意识，确立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观 为己任，但是长期存在的应试教育模式使得初中思想品德课“以人为本”的教育 理念在课堂上没有得到很好的落实。因此，如何在素质教育的大背景下真正有效 发挥初中思想品德课的德育作用显得迫在眉睫。赏识教育作为一种爱的教育，它 重视学生的个体差异，尊重学生的主体地位，主张用关爱、欣赏、激励以及宽容 的态度因材施教，使每一个学生都能够学有所长，健康成长，这与新课改的教育 理念不谋而合，也与初中思想品德课的内在要求相得益彰。 同时，处于青春期的初中生正经历着生理和心理上的剧烈变化，这使得身心 发展在这一阶段失去平衡。学生的心理变得更加的脆弱，更容易受不良情绪的影 响，对青少年身心的健康发展以及健全人格的形成十分不利。这也需要赏识教育 来帮助初中生正确面对青春期的变化，从而适应青春期的发展。 本文一共分四章，第一章通过归纳总结国内外研究现状，并结合自身的思考 对初中思想品德课赏识教育进行概念界定。第二章着重探讨初中思想品德课中应 用赏识教育的意义，理清其运用的必要性。第三章指出影响初中思想品德课赏识 教育的因素。第四章则根据前一章指出的问题，探讨其应用的途径。 关键词:初中思想品德课；赏识教育；途径 I II Shanghai Normal University Master of Philosophy Abstract Abstract The moral education course in junior middle school as the main channel of school moral education has been to help teenagers develop good moral behavior habits, stimulate the consciousness of collectivism and patriotism, the correct world outlook, the outlook on life, values as own duty, but the long-standing exam-oriented education mode makes the people-oriented concept of education in junior middle school moral education course not well implemented. Therefore, under the background of quality-oriented education, how to truly effective play a role of moral education of junior middle school moral becomes very urgent. Appreciation education, as a kind of love education, it attaches importance to students individual differences, respect the principal position of students, advocate using care and appreciate their aptitude, motivation, and tolerant attitude, make every student can learn with director, healthy growth, it has to do with the education concept of new curriculum reform, and the inherent requirement of junior middle school thought moral bring out the best in each other.
