Classified Index：TU984.12 U.D.C.: 711.58 Dissertation for the Master Degree in Engineering THE RESEARCH OF SPIRITUAL ATTRIBUTE OF URBAN RESIDENTIAL AREA Candidate： Zhang Xiaoyan Supervisor： Prof. Zhao Tianyu Academic Degree Applied for： Master of Engineering Academic Degree Applied for： City Planning Design Specialty： School of Architecture Date of Oral Examination： July, 2006 University： Harbin Institute of Technology 摘 要 当今社会需求的精神性或情感性，被认为是人的需求发展趋势中的主要 倾向，并且根据事物的发展规律，人的精神需要经历着从初级的平衡到不平 衡，再到更高层次的平衡的螺旋上升态势；另外，即使同样的精神需求在不 同的时期也会有不同的表现形式及载体。而城市住区作为人们生活的重要载 体，如何能够满足人们的精神需求，是当前也是今后我们一直要不断研究的 问题。 本文系统的总结了住区精神属性的发展过程，分析了精神属性的发展趋 势，以此作为研究的起点。通过对精神属性构成的解析，明确了住区精神属 性概念的内涵和外延，并以马斯洛的需求理论为基础，对住区精神属性结构 加以分析，同时归纳了精神属性特征，明确了它在住区精神属性中的具体表 现。 论文重点对住区精神属性载体进行系统的搭建，主要分为物质载体、社 会组织载体和居住活动载体三个子系统，通过三个子系统的相互作用，共同 对住区的精神属性发生作用，构成完整的综合系统。最后，提出精神属性在 载体系统中的设计目标以及表达手法、方式和设计对策。 关键词 城市住区；精神属性；物质载体；设计对策 Abstract Nowadays the spirituality or the emotionality of social demand, is considered to be the main tendency in the development tendency of human needs, and according to the law of things development, the spiritual needs of people experience from the primary balance to unbalance, again arrive a higher level balance. The process is an upward spiral situation. Moreover, even if the similar spiritual demand also can have the different manifestation in the different time. But the urban residential area as the important carrier, how to meet the nowadays peoples unceasing development spiritual need, is a question which current also will be from now on we continuously unceasingly study. The paper systematic analyse the spiritual attributes of the residential area development process, summed up the spiritual attributes ‘s development trend as a starting point.
