Research on the Problems of Urban Passenger Transport Enterprise Statistic A Thesis Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Yan Jieyu Supervisor：Prof. Zuo Qingle Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 城市客运企业伴随着城市经济建设和社会发展而产生，是为满足居民公共出行的需 求而提供客运服务、经营城市客运交通的经济实体。城市客运企业统计是对城市客运企 业客观现象的一种调查研究活动，从总体上反映和研究城市客运经济现象的数量、规模、 构成、发展水平、发展速度、经济效益、城市客运与国民经济之间的联系，及其产业发 展变化的规律。对城市客运企业统计进行系统的研究，对充实城市客运企业乃至交通运 输行业统计理论、指导城市客运企业管理、提高企业统计工作水平具有重要的意义。 本文以城市公交客运企业、出租汽车客运企业和轨道交通客运企业为研究对象，采 用资料分析研究、实地调查研究、比较研究等方法，对城市客运企业统计的相关问题进 行研究。首先，本文在参考相关文献的基础上，综述了城市客运企业统计现有研究成果， 明确了城市客运企业的概念，系统的梳理了城市客运企业及城市客运企业统计的相关理 论；其次，以完善和优化指标体系为目的，结合现有统计报表制度，在充分考虑统计信 息需求的基础上创新性构建出更符合实际需要、效率更高、效果更好的城市客运企业统 计指标体系；再次，从统计调查的组织形式、调查方法、组织保障体系几个方面对统计 调查的实施进行深入研究；最后，在剖析城市客运企业统计工作存在的问题的基础上， 从行业管理角度和企业自身管理角度分别提出统计工作的改革创新措施。 关键词：城市客运企业、企业统计、指标体系、统计调查 Abstract Urban passenger transport enterprise is produced with the citys economic construction and social development, in order to meet the needs of residents for public travel demand and provide passenger services ， it is the economic entity of managing urban passenger transport. Urban passenger transport enterprise statistics is a kind of research activities of city passenger transport enterprise objective phenomenon, reflecting and studying the relationship and the law of development between the scale, development speed, development level, economic benefit of city passenger economic phenomenon and the national economy on the whole. The systematic study of city passenger transport enterprise statistics, is of great significance to enrich the city passenger transport enterprises and transportation sector statistics theory, to guide the city passenger transportation enterprise management, improve the level of enterprise statistics work.
