This article mainly utilized the company cash flows discount theory to conduct the real diagnosis research, the data collected in annual report of Wan Ke. According to the H two stages discount theory frame, Carried on the data analysis with the excel software, inferred the present situation of Wan Ke through the computed result, weighs on intrinsic values of Wan Ke, then drew the related conclusion.
