The research on the expenses and cost models of urban sewage treatment plant Major：Environmental Engineering Candidate：Ma Qiyi Supervisor：Prof. Wang Lei Prof. Wang Sheping ABSTRACT At present, with the continual and steady development of our national economy, Urban infrastructure has a fast developing, and its pivotal role of resource distribution seems more and more important, among them the water supply and sewage work is an important project in the infrastructure construction, especially the drainage project is regarded as the key of improving environment, its function in perfecting the urban drainage system , improvving the comprehensive environmental quality in the city , and ensuring residents to be healthy is particularly outstanding. How to control the expenses and cost of the sewage treatment plant well in case of guaranteeing project quality that seems very essential and important. It needs research on expenses and cost models of urban sewage treatment plant, which in order to reduce the water supply and sewage work expenses and cost, offer the theoretical foundation for increasing economic efficiency, offers guidance for controlling the expenses and cost of the drainage project, thus provide the scientific basis for the infrastructure investment of government and the managing on public beneficial project. First of all, this text has studied the current situations of the investment cost of urban sewage treatment plant of our country and operating cost and relevant problems, analysed in depth the basic theories and influence factrrs of the sewage treatment plant’s expenses and cost, described systematically the theoretical system(basis , principle , content , range ,etc.) on setting up the expenses model and cost model of the urban drainage system; Secondly, this text has analysed especially the expenses model of urban sewage treatment plant and main influence factor, and has done a regression analysis by using least squares about the cost data of urban se
