城郊农村社区养老服务供求分析及对策研究-社会保障专业论文.docxVIP

摘 要 摘 要 我国人口老龄化现象正在变得日益突出，而农村的人口老龄化问题显得更加尖锐。 它不仅影响到农村家庭的生活质量，而且关系到整个国家稳定的基础。 本文围绕“城郊农村社区养老服务”这一主题，从供给与需求的视角，结合当前 我国城郊农村社区养老的供给与需求状况，发现了我国城郊农村社区现有养老服务面临 的问题。本文通过对现阶段城郊农村老年人对社区养老服务的需求现状与农村社区养老 服务的供给状况的比较分析，发现目前农村社区养老服务存在供需失衡的现象，主要表 现在供给总量不足、供给层次低和服务质量差的问题，进而从多个方面对供需不平衡发 生的原因进行了较系统的阐述，并以河北省保定市大汲店村的社区养老服务的供给与需 求为案例，做了实证性的调查研究。在发现问题的基础上，提出了完善城郊农村社区养 老服务的相关建议：加强对家庭养老服务的组织整合；积极发展农村社区医疗和互助服 务；积极开展社区精神文化活动；加强社区养老服务的领导和管理。 关键词 农村社区养老服务 城郊农村 供给与需求 对策研究 Abstract Abstract Chinas aging population phenomenon is becoming increasingly prominent, while the aging population is even more great extent in rural area. It not only affects the quality of life of rural families, but also threaten the stability of the country. This text focuses on the theme of the aging services in the suburban rural community, from the perspective of supply and demand and combined supply and demand situation of China suburban rural communities, to identify the problems faced by the existing aging services in the suburban rural community in China. In this text, we found an imbalance phenomenon by comparing the aging services’ supply and demand situation of China’s suburban rural communities. The imbalance phenomenon is mainly about lack of supply, low supply level and poor quality of service. Meanwhile writer make a more systematic exposition about imbalance reasons of the aging service’s supply and demand from a number of aspects. In addition, writer makes an investigation, and takes Dajidian Village for example. on this basis, writer advised some relevant recommendations to improve the aging services in suburban rural community, for example strengthen the organizational integration of family support services; actively develop health care and mutual aid services in rural communities; active in community spirit and cultural activities.
