摘 要 当 人类社 会翻开 21 世纪的 篇章，伴 随 创新能力 成为国 家的 核心竞争 力地位 的提升，“创 新”和 “人才 培养” 也以 前 所未有 的方式 如此 紧 密地结 合在一 起， “创新 人才培 养” 成 为各国 关注的 焦点 。 党的十 六届五 中全 会 决议指 出，使用 15 年的时 间来把 中国 建设成为 一个创 新型 的国家，从而推 动科 学技术的 跨越式 发展， 带动生 产方 式 和生活 模式的 转型 ， 从而提 升自主 创新 能 力在整 个现代化 建设过 程中的 作用 ， 为全面 建设小 康社 会 提供强 有力的 支持 。 要建设 创新型国 家，培 养大批 拔尖 创 新人才 就成为 一项 重 要举措 ，而创 新人 才 培养又 离不开高 校这一 重要的 基地 。 高校思 想政治 教育 作 为高等 教育的 重要 组 成部分 ，与创新 人才培 养有着 非常 密 切的联 系。本 文 通 过 对当前 我国创 新人 才 培养中 高校思想 政治教 育现状 进行 分 析研究 ，结合 创新 人 才培养 的有关 内容 对 两者进 行探讨。 着眼于 在创新 人才 培 养中对 大学生 进行 思 想道德 观念、 道德 规 范的影 响。并对 我国高 校的思 想政 治 教育的 内容、 方法 和 教育理 念进行 改革 创 新，让 高校思想 政治教 育实践 在新 形 势下有 一些可 操作 的 方法。 希望高 校能 在 创新人 才培养中 从学生的 思想实 际出 发，把思 想政治 教育 工作做到 实处。 关键词： 创新人才培 养；高校 ；思想 政治 教育； Study on The Ideological and Political Education In The Innovation Talents Training ABSTRACT When human society opened a chapter in the 21st century, along with the innovative ability to enhance the status of the countrys core competitiveness, innovation and personnel training have been linked together in an unprecedented manner. Innovation and personnel training have become the focus of national attention. Party Plenum resolution indicates that we should take 15 years to build China into an innovation-oriented country, in order to promote the leapfrog development of science and technology, drive the transformation of the mode of production and way of life, and thus to enhance the capability of independent innovation throughout the various aspects of modernization, eventually to provide strong support for building a moderately prosperous society. Training a large number of top creative talents is an important initiative for buildin g an innovative country, and the university is an important base for cultivating innovative talents.
