精神分裂症康复的措施及其疗效 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.17.91 　　摘要目的：探讨对精神分裂症患者应用康复措施的临床疗效。方法：2011年3月-2012年3月收治精神分裂症患者100例，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组50例。对照组给予抗精神病药物治疗，试验组在对照组基础上实施院内康复技能训练。结果：干预后，试验组患者的积极因素评分、总评分均显著高于对照组（P0.05）；试验组的消极因素评分显著低于对照组（P0.05）；试验组的复发率、再住院率均显著低于对照组（P0.05）；就业率显著高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：在精神分裂症的临床治疗中应用康复措施，可有效控制病情发展，提高患者的社会能力，降低疾病复发率，值得推广应用。 　　关键词康复措施精神分裂症疗效社会能力 　　Analysis of the one-year follow-up of schizophrenia rehabilitation measures and its effect 　　Ou Guopeng 　　Department of Psychology，Jiangnan Department of the Third People’s Hospital of Meizhou City，Guangdong 514021 　　AbstractObjective：To investigate the clinical effect of rehabilitation measures on patients with schizophrenia.Methods： 100 cases with schizophrenia from March 2011 to March 2012 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group， 50 cases in each group.The control group were given antipsychotic drug treatment，the experimental group were given hospital rehabilitation training based on the treatment of the control group.Results：After the intervention，the positive factor scores and total scores of the experimental group patients were significantly higher than those in control group（P0.05）.The negative factors score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.05）.The relapse and re hospitalization rate of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P0.05）.The employment rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of the rehabilitation measures in the treatment of schizophrenia can effectively control the progression of the disease，improve the patient’s social ability，and reduce the relapse rate of the disease，so it is worthy of the clinical popularization and application. 　　Key wordsRehabilitation measures；Schizophrenia；Curative effect；Social ability 　　我院在精神分裂症患者的临床治疗中，根据疾病特征制定了相应的康复措施，并获得了满意的治疗效果，现报告如下。 　　资料与方法 　　2011
