护理 中图分类号: 中图分类号: 密级： 单位代号： 学号：7327343514151103 题目:减少会阴侧切在母婴同室中的效果分析 ：刘蓓蕾 学科专业： 护理 班级学号：7327343514151103 目的通过观察自然分娩以及会阴侧切对母婴的影响，探讨自然分娩的必要 性。方法选取2012年3刀至10刀南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院经阴道顺娩， 单胎且无并发症的初产妇为研宄对象，按是否行会阴侧切分为2组，其中会阴侧 切组200例，未侧切组200例，进行回顾性分析，比较会阴侧切组与未侧切组在 疼痛与活动，满意度的差异，母乳喂养频率与体位。结果未侧切组轻度疼痛130 人，占65%，轻度疼痛最多。会阴侧切组中度116人，其中中度58%，中度疼痛 占大部分；未侧切组满意度是100%，会阴侧切组满意度是91%，在满意度方面， 未侧切组优于会阴侧切组；未侧切组喂养频率平均每天喂养8-10次最多，以坐 位喂养为主。会阴侧切组喂养的频率6-8次/24h的最多，以半坐卧位为主。P值 0.05,具有统计学意义。结论应积极推行自然分娩，限制减少会阴侧切术的应用， 可减轻产妇疼痛，促进产后康复，有利于母婴的身心健康。 关键词：自然分娩，会阴侧切，母婴影响 ABSTRACT Objective: By observing the natural birth and the influence of episiotomy on maternal and infant, we discuss the necessity of natural childbirth. Method： selection from March 2012 to October of Nanjing university medical school affiliated drum tower hospital translational suitable Mian, singletons and uncomplicated prim Para as the research object, according to whether the perineum side split to 2 groups, including the episiotomy group of 200 cases and 200 cases without side cut group, were retrospectively analyzed, comparison of episiotomy group and natural birth group in pain with activity, differences in satisfaction, breastfeeding frequency and position.
