负压抽吸联合腋横皮纹小切口皮下修剪法治疗腋臭临床的研究 　　[摘要]目的：观察采用负压抽吸联合腋横皮纹小切口皮下修剪法治疗腋臭的临床效果与并发症的预防。方法：采用负压抽吸联合腋横皮纹小切口皮下修剪的手术方案治疗腋臭患者35例，并随访1年。结果：治愈33例，有效2例，无效0例，总有效率为100%，治愈率为94.29%，所有病例经随访1年以上无复发。结论：负压抽吸联合腋横皮纹小切口皮下修剪法治疗腋臭创伤较少、恢复较快、无明显瘢痕、治愈率高，并发症较少，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词]负压抽吸法；腋横皮纹小切口皮下修剪法；腋臭 　　[中图分类号]R758.74[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1008-6455（2011）10-1525-02 　　 　　Clinical research of negative pressure suction plus the excision of the axillary subcutaneous tissue via a small transverse incision for the treatment ofaxillary hyperhidrosis 　　ZHU Lin,ZHENG Wan-fang,YANG Hua 　　(Department of Cosmetic Clinic,Changning District Center Hospital,Shanghai 200336,China) 　　 　　Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of negative pressure suction plus the excision of the axillary subcutaneous tissue via a small transverse incision for the treatment of axillary hyperhidrosis.Methods35 patients with axillary hyperhidrosis were treated by negative pressure suction plus the excision of the axillary subcutaneous tissue via a small transverse incision. All patients were followed up for one year.ResultsOf 35 patients, 33 had good results,2 had fair results, no patient had poor results. The procedure achieved a 100% total effective rate, and 94.29% total curative rate. None of the patients had relapse during one year plus follow-up.ConclusionsThe combined surgical procedure of negative pressure suction plus the excision of the axillary subcutaneous tissue via a small transverse incision is effective for the treatment of axillary hyperhidrosis with the following features: micro-invasive,faster patient rehabitation,causing no apparent scarring,and fewer complications as well as high curative rate.
