By single factors ( different alkali concentration, alkali liquor temperature, alkali liquor content) and orthogonaltest, the effects on yield of product and hexosam ine content were studied. The results showed that theoptmi um alkaliextraction technologywas as follows: adding 2 tmi es amount of 6% aOH, and stirring inwater at40 for4 h. And the yield of chondroitin sulfatem ade by this technology reached 40. 45%, the quality m et the requirement ofWS1C300302000.
