锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折40例临床的研究 　　[摘要] 目的 对锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折的疗效进行研究。 方法 以2012年1月～2014年1月在我院住院手术治疗的复杂性胫骨平台骨折80例为本研究对象，入选的80例复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者采用随机数字表法随机分为研究组（锁定钢板内固定）和对照组（普通解剖钢板内固定），每组各40例，比较两组的手术治疗效果。 结果 研究组的优良率为95.0%，对照组的优良率为80.0%，两组优良率比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组与对照组的手术时间比较，差异不显著，但研究组术中出血量、术后住院时间、术后负重时间，分别与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组的并发症发生率为 5.0%，对照组为15.0%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折疗效确切。 　　[关键词] 锁定钢板内固定；普通解剖钢板内固定；复杂性胫骨平台骨折；并发症 　　[中图分类号] R687.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）30-0045-03 　　Clinical study of 40 cases of complex tibial plateau fractures treated with locking plate internal fixation 　　SUN Qizhao ZHAO Weiming 　　Department of Orthopedics， Central Hospital of Zibo Mining Refco Group， Zibo 255120，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the therapeutic effect of locking plate internal fixation in treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods From January 2012 to January 2014，80 cases complex tibial plateau fractures in our hospital were randomly divided into study group（locking plate internal fixation） and control group（internal fixation with anatomical plate），40 cases in each group， the effect was compared between two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of the study group was 95.0%，the excellent and good rate of the control group was 80.0%，the difference was significant（P0.05）. The difference of the operate time was not statistically significant in the two groups， while the differences of the intraoperative blood loss， postoperative hospital stay， postoperative weight-bearing time were statistically significant in the two groups（P0.05）. The complication rate was 5.0% in the study group， and 15.0% in the control group，the difference was significant（P0.05）.
