针刀治疗颈性眩晕64例疗效的研究 　　摘 要 目的：研究针刀治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法：收集2015年2月至2017年2月中医针刀门诊颈性眩晕患者64例，采用针刀治疗，每次选择10个点，每周治疗1次，共7次。采用《颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表》评定疗效。结果：治疗前患者的眩晕评分为（12.60±0.25）分，治疗后为（23.89±0.21）分，差异有统计学意义（t=15.78，P0.05）。治疗后的改善指数为0.47，改善明显（t=15，P0.05）。结论：针刀治疗颈性眩晕疗效显著，值得在基层推广应用。 　　关键词 颈性眩晕；针刀；中医疗法 　　中图分类号：R255.3 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）16-0025-02 　　Study on effect of acupotomy in the treatment of 64 cases of cervical vertigo 　　YANG Zhengquan1， CHEN Ling2， CHEN Yong1， ZHOU Jianhong1， WANG Yaqian1（1.Langxia Community Health Service Center of Jinshan District， Shanghai 201516， China； 2.Fourth People’s Hospital of Yancheng， 　　Yancheng 224000， Jiangsu Province， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To study the effect of acupotomy in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods： From February 2015 to February 2017， 64 cases of cervical vertigo in Traditional Chinese Medicine Needle Knife Clinic were collected and treated with acupotomy， and 10 points were selected every time， 1 time a week， 7 times for a course. The cervical vertigo symptom and function scale was used to evaluate the effect. Results： The vertigo scores of the patients before treatment and after treatment were （12.60±0.25） points and （23.89±0.21） points， respectively， and the difference was statistically significant （t=15.78， P0.05）. After treatment， the improvement index was 0.47， and the improvement was obvious （t=15， P0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of acupotomy in the treatment of cervical vertigo is remarkable and is worthy of popularization and application at the grassroots level. 　　KEY WORD cervical vertigo； needle knife； traditional Chinese medicine therapy 　　目前，对于颈性眩晕的治疗除卧床休息、药物（扩血管、抗痉挛药物）等保守治疗外，缺乏公认的开放性手术指征[1]。针刀疗法结合西医开放性手术和中医整体观及平衡观，将开放性手术变为闭合性手术，且费用低廉，是“简、便、廉、验”的典范，也是中医现代化的典范之一。本文报道针刀疗法对于颈性眩晕患者的疗效。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　收集2015年2月至2017年2月上海市金山区廊下镇和山阳镇社区卫生服务中心针刀门诊颈性眩晕患者64例，诊断参照《第三届全国颈椎病专题座谈会纪要》[2]中的颈源性眩晕标准，①以头晕或眩晕为主诉；②合并有颈项疼痛不适，或合并恶心、呕吐、失眠、耳鸣、耳聋等部分症状；③眩晕呈突发性、阵发性、反复发作、持续时间不等，发作间歇期可有跌倒或欲跌感；④X线检查显示钩椎关节增生、颈椎体前后缘增生、椎间孔狭窄、
