The study chose two textile mills with high-noise exposure labors, they are divided into experimental group (80 people) and referential group (78 people). We develop multiple hearing protection intervention modules. By engaging themselves in hearing protection plans and activities, the workers’ will take the hearing protection action before hand. By using questionnaires, we evaluate the effectiveness of the health promotion intervention. We notice that multiple hearing protection plans have increased inter-personal supports, environmental support among the workers, hearing protection related information, self efficiency, and hearing protection benefits, reducing the related obstacles at the same time. Besides, the plans help a lot in assisting workers’ hearing protection behaviors. However, we fail to increase their time management of exposing to noise environment.
