颈椎骨折脱位前路手术围手术期护理的方法分析 　　[摘要] 目的 剖析颈椎骨折脱位前路手术围手术期护理的方法与效果。 方法 选择2015年2月～2017年2月由本院门诊接诊且行颈椎骨折脱位前路手术治疗的患者54例，并以奇偶数字分组方法将患者分成试验和对照两组（n=27）。其中试验组围手术期应用综合护理措施，而对照组则应用常规护理措施。观察两组护理后病情的恢复情况，并比较并发症发生率。 结果 试验组的患者满意率为96.30%，明显比对照组的81.48%高（P0.05）。试验组的并发症发生率为3.70%，明显比对照组的22.22%低（P0.05）。 结论 积极对颈椎骨折脱位前路手术患者施以围手术期综合护理干预，可有效预防并发症，提高临床护理效率。 　　[关键词] 颈椎骨折；围手术期；前路手术；综合护理 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）31-0137-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the method and effect of perioperative nursing of anterior surgery for cervical spine fracture and dislocation. Methods 54 patients who were admitted in the outpatient clinic of our hospital and underwent anterior surgery of cervical fracture and dislocation from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group（n=27） and control group（n=27）， according to the principle of odd even number grouping. Among them， the experimental group was treated with comprehensive care measures in the perioperative period， while the control group was treated with conventional care measures. The recovery of the two groups after nursing was observed. And the indicators including the incidence of complications between the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was 96.30%， which was significantly higher than 81.48% of the control group（P0.05）. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 3.70%， significantly lower than that of the control group（22.22%）（P0.05）.
