颈髓损伤早期死亡因素的探讨 　　[摘要] 目的：分析颈髓损伤死亡情况及其死亡的主要影响因素。方法：统计81例颈髓损伤患者的死亡率，并进一步分析年龄、性别、受伤原因、颈髓损伤程度、损伤节段、手术、气管切开与颈髓损伤死亡率之间的关系，找出明显影响死亡率的临床因素。 结果：颈髓损伤死亡率为11.11%，多死于呼吸衰竭和并发呼吸道感染。不同年龄、不同颈髓损伤程度及不同颈髓损伤节段的死亡率之间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；死亡组与生存组的年龄均数比较有统计学意义（P＜0.001）；损伤程度B、C、D三级之间以及损伤节段C5～7、C8～T1之间，死亡率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论：年龄、颈髓损伤节段以及颈髓损伤程度是颈髓损伤死亡率的主要影响因素。 　　[关键词] 颈髓损伤；死亡率 　　[中图分类号] R651.2 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1673-7210（2008）06（c）-042-03 　　 　　The influencing factors of early death in cervical spinal cord injury patients (A report of 81 cases) 　　HAN Yi-jie1,LI Guang-ming2,LUO Da-hui3 　　(1.Ankang Hospital of Chongqing,Kaixian 405436,China;2.Santai Orthopedics Hospital of Sichuan, Santai 621100,China;3.West China Medical School of Sichuan University,Chengdu 610041,China) 　　[Abstract] Objective:To analyze the mortality rate and the main influencing factors of early death in cervical spinal cord injury.Methods:Collected the statistics,especially the mortility rate,of 81 cases with cervical spinal cord injury,and anal and the correlation between the clinical characteristics and the mortality rate such as age,gender,mechanism of injury,degreen of spinal cord injury,segment of spinal cord injury,operation and tracheotomy,to investigate the main influencing factors of mortality rate.Results:Incidence rate of early death was 11.11%,mainly succumbed to respiratory failure and respiratory tract infection.The mortility rate under three factors-age,degreen of spinal cord injury and segment of spinal cord injury-was significantly different（P＜0.05）;the means age of death group and survival group was significantly different（P＜0.001）；the mortality rate among injury stage B、C、D and between injury segment C5～7、C8～T1 was not significantly different（P＞0.05）.
