针刺结合药饮防治高尿酸血症的研究 　　摘 要 目的：观察针刺结合药饮对血尿酸升高的影响，为高尿酸血症的预防保健及临床治疗提供科学基础。方法：260例血尿酸升高患者分为研究组和对照组。研究组130例给予针刺结合药饮，同时予以传统中医治疗；对照组130例仅给予传统中医治疗。分别于干预前、干预8周后检测血尿酸、血脂及肝功能。结果：研究组总有效率高于对照组，干预后两组的尿酸、总胆固醇、三酰甘油均较干预前下降，组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：针刺结合药饮能降低血尿酸升高患者的血尿酸、胆固醇和三酰甘油。 　　关键词 高尿酸血症 血尿酸 针刺 药饮 　　中图分类号：R589.7 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2015）02-0043-03 　　Study of the acupuncture with herbal therapy in prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia 　　BO Haiyan， XU Zhongmin 　　（Pengpuxincun Community Health Service Center of Zhabei District， Shanghai 200435， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To observe the impact of the acupuncture with herbal therapy on the increased blood uric acid to provide a scientific basis for prevention and health care and the clinical treatment of hyperuricemia. Methods： Two hundred and sixty patients with the increased blood uric acid were classified into a research group and a control one with 130 patients each. The acupuncture with herbal therapy and at the same time the traditional Chinese medicine were given in the research group while only traditional Chinese medicine in the control group. The blood uric acid， lipids and liver function were determined before and 8 weeks after the intervention， respectively. Results： The total efficiency in the research group was higher than that in the control group. The levels of uric acid， total cholesterol， and triglycerides in two groups decreased after the interventions， the difference between two groups had the statistical significance （P0.05）.
