阴道分泌物检验的的结果的研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究阴道分泌物检验结果。方法 选取2012年4月―2015年9月该院收治的196例进行阴道分泌物检验的患者作为观察目标，采用霉菌检测、滴虫检测等恰当的检测方法对其阴道分泌物进行检测，分析妇科常见的感染现象。 结果 196例患者阴道分泌物检测结果可知：阴道出现霉菌者57例（29.1%）、阴道出现滴虫者17例（8.7%）、阴道清洁程度异常者69例（35.2%）、细菌性阴道炎阳性者46例（23.5%），与其他检测结果进行比较，阴道清洁程度异常发生率最高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 妇女阴道疾病发生率较高，严重影响其身心健康和生活质量，临床应做好健康宣教工作，提高阴道分泌物检验的准确性，积极采取针对性预防和治疗措施。 　　[关键词] 阴道分泌物；妇科疾病；检验结果 　　[中图分类号] R711 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）03（b）-0191-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the test of vaginal discharge. Methods 196 cases of patients with vaginal discharge test admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2012 to September 2015 were selected as the observation object， their vaginal discharge was tested by the appropriate test such as mycete test and trichomonad test， and the common infection phenomenon in the department of gynaecology was analyzed. Results The test result of vaginal discharge of 196 cases of patients showed that vaginal mycete occurred to 57 cases （29.1%），vaginal trichomonad occurred to 17 cases （8.7%）， abnormal vaginal cleaning degree occurred to 69 cases（35.2%）， positive bacterial vaginosis occurred to 46 cases（23.5%）， the incidence of abnormal vaginal cleaning degree was highest compared with the other test， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.
